H&R Block at 191A Nc Hwy 42N, Asheboro, North Carolina.

I called this particular office looking to get some info on my 2016 taxes. They couldn't tell me if the info was there or not and if I would get charged just for a single line of info. I then called the office in centerpoint plaza, they gave me straight, helpful info on how I could definitely get my tax information. Horrid, horrid customer service, even from the manager. Just drive 5 minutes to the centerpoint office if you want to do your taxes in person and avoid this office like an unhelpful, rude plague that it is. I would give less that one star if possible.
